The Print command in QuickBooks allows you to export your Quickbooks Check Register. You can save the register’s contents to a text-based file by printing on your check registry option. You can print this file to balance your account with the check register, keep physical copies to create a paper trail of deposited transactions or use the file as a backup copy. The following information is provided. Companies with multiple bank accounts can also compare the transaction data with several exported check registries to determine whether a deposit is made into the wrong account inadvertently.
